Credit Report

Required  A signed release form.   ( * see below)
Required Fields: Last Name, First Name, Address, City, State, SSN, and Date of Birth, and your fax number.  Credit Reports results must be faxed to you by law.

The credit report comes from the Trans Union Credit Bureau and provides a complete credit history of your applicant.  Check the reliability and responsibility of your applicant, verify the SSN and where it was issued.  This report also lists previous addresses, any public records on file such as civil judgments, bankruptcies, etc.  In some cases previous employers are listed and others who have inquired about the subject's credit history.

Credit Reports are also available from Trans Union for Tenant Screening.  Please refer to the 'Tenant Screening' section.


*   A signed release is required for each subject submitted. You must also have an FCRA Subscriber's Agreement and a Membership Application on file. If you have not done so, click the links to print the forms.
