will confirm the prior employment of your
prospective employee. In most cases, dates of employment will be
verified, position held, if employee is eligible for re-hire, and in
some cases, the performance of the employee. If you would like to
verify employment from more than one employer, please add employer name,
city and state in the 'Additional Information Field' on the form.
An additional charge of $24.65 will be added to your cost. |
