Federal Criminal Report

Requires:  Last Name, First Name, County, State, and DOB .

Certain offences are violations of Federal law as opposed to state or local law and are recorded in a US District Court.  US District Courts are divided by geographical region within each state.  Federal violations for the most part will not appear in statewide or county records.

Federal criminal offenses include, but are not limited to:  embezzlement, money laundering, kidnapping, counterfeiting, wire fraud, possession/distribution of an illegal controlled substance, and crimes committed across state lines.  The federal court system is composed of US District Courts. When you select a Federal search, you will receive records from the Federal District you specify - not records nationwide. You provide the county or city and state and we will determine the appropriate district to  search.

Reports Searched Back usually 10 Years depending on US District.

These searches are conducted on-site at the courthouse.
